Emily has a beautiful house and plenty of amenities. We had 8 people stay which was perfect for the amount of beds. There were plenty of towels and dishes for everyone. There was plenty of seating in the two sitting areas. We would definitely stay here again.

The space

Here is what we love most about our home!!

🏡Layout~

-Inside: Our main level unit offers a private entrance and easy accessibility all on one level. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into the bright kitchen with a wine bar, dining room, and game room. The split ranch-style design places the master suite on one side, complete with a full bath and walk-in closet. On the opposite side, you’ll find 2 cozy queen bedrooms, a full bath, and a convenient laundry room.
-Outside: Enjoy private access to a spacious front porch and yard, with stunning lake views!

-Lakefront living with our neighborhood lake access point to all-sports Tan Lake (apart of the chain of lakes) directly across the street! Mary Kay Park offers swimming, fishing & fun!
-Smart TVs
-Game room with air hockey table, foosball & tons of board games
-Wine bar with complimentary wine & wine glasses
-Fully stocked, totally renovated chef’s kitchen (we even have a crockpot!)
-Dining for up to 6 people
-Comfy high-end beds including adjustable/massage King mattress
-Totally updated baths with walk-in showers
-Tasteful decor and luxury fixtures throughout
-Free washer and dryer use with laundry soap, ironing board, iron & hamper
-Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap & pods, starter set of paper towel, TP, trash bags & more!

Outside:
-2 parking spaces on left side of driveway
-Front patio with outdoor seating
-Blackstone Grill

📍Location~

We absolutely love our location! Not only are we directly across from the lake, but we are only a 2-minute drive to downtown Oxford, 10 minutes to Downtown Lake Orion, 20 minutes to Downtown Clarkston, & only 25 minutes to Auburn Hills/Downtown Rochester!

Guest access

*Please note: This is a main level unit, providing you with the comfort and privacy of your own space and private entrance. You will have private access to the entire main floor complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room, kitchen, dining room, game room, & laundry room. Outside you will have private access to the front porch, & front yard. The lower unit is completely separate and home to a very quiet and sweet long-term tenant. Each unit has their own private entrance. The only area that is shared is the driveway. You will have 2 parking spaces on the left side of the driveway (reach out to Emily for additional parking needed). Guests will not have access to the rear porch.

You will have access to the neighborhood park/beach directly across from the house. Guests do not have access to the neighbors’ private docks.

Other things to note

The game room is not heated. We are working on a way to add heating to this finished Florida room!
